You will have time to discuss and taste
test all that is demonstrate. Lessons include
brief lectures, preparation of
ingredients. The
hand-on cooking demonstration and time for
discussion and eating. Lessons are conducted at
the
"open-air kitchen", the outdoor
classroom surrounded by fruit trees (mango,
banana, papaya, coconut) and a garden
full of
fresh growing herbs and spicies used in the
recipes.
